I upvoted but only have interest if the average userbase is able to nominate and vote for the games... this is a common thing in some romhacking communities, but ultimately the ones who get to decide on which games are worth of mention are usually members of a committee. I utterly dislike this.

And we should also think about categories that represent the whole diversity in the catalogue, like bootlegs cannot compete with romhacks, homebrews or licensed games in the same poll. As well as translations or region-exclusive releases. Or we'll end up erasing the gaming culture coming from peripheral regions of the world.

I like calling it "Essentials" instead of Hall of Fame, tho. Just want to grasp the conceptualization or how it would differ from gaming reviews/recommendations in the writers guild or in the game clubs we have on RGT...
