The X-Files is a popular series here in Brazil too, and thanks for him that the emblematic 90's american sci-fi series turned into a excentric phenomenon around the world.

Seems like he was purely a TV composer all his life, aside from some (mostly dubious) movies. There's a lot, but what I sampled so far is just ordinary old tv themes. Maybe he really just captured lightning in a bottle with the X Files.

Dead at 78, leaving a wife, 3 daughters and several grandchildren, it seems like he had a good life and managed to work with what he loved doing. RIP
