Backstory, back in the middle east. Resident Evil 4 had a ROM Hack that was all dubbed in Arabic, and I still have a copy and was able to put it into an ISO. I really want to share it with others and add it to the repository as a memory for others and others to see it. Is there anyway how, please I want to do it.
