so to keep things short and not long.

i think its possible not like the actual re4 2005, am talking about the zeebo/flip:

(sorry for the quality) and yeah enemies look wierd asf.

phones version or even mobile version (i doubt will work becuz of psp low vram) i tried to make the flip phone version run on java emu on my psp 2000 but it didnt work and it was the only file i found and i tried it on my pc and same problems. i tried to find the zeebo emulator but i found nothing, maybe if someone know what they are doing we might get a psp re4 game.

but for vita i think even the mobile version will as DEVS got all GTA games to work so i dont doubt it but i think there is no one thinkin about it and i hope soon someone will.

it crazy we got no re games on the psp (not including the ps1 games) i hate that capcom released re decalcification on shitty phones and not actual handhelds we might have gotten a good re game on our beloved handheld but damn luck.

Vita? If they could port remasters of PS2 games I could easily see RE4 on there. PSP? I think they'd have to alter it to the point of it being a fundamentally different experience. As you said, RAM is a major issue and the limited buttons compared to a gamepad would probably compromise the controls (plus the PSP analog stick isn't very ideal to begin with imo). That said, since RE2 was able to be squeezed onto a single N64 cartridge then maybe a PSP conversion isn't too far-fetched with enough wizardry.

Edit: The Zeebo port could work but I doubt anyone cares enough to work on it since it's more of a novelty than anything else.

Most of them barely worked which was a real shame, and even then, the PS2 version of RE4 already kind of looks like a PSP game compared to the GCN version lol.

I think it’s possible for RE4 to be on PSP. They might have to remove some visual effects and downgrade the graphics. They also might have to remove some sections of levels and possibly might have to have the cutscenes as still images to save space.

Oh word, honestly I never played the Vita remasters of MGS and FFX and whatnot but always assumed they were at least functional.

Now that you mention it, those specific ones are actually pretty good though, but I think they're of a different breed compared to like the Ratcher/Jak/Sly ports.

Ahh okay, yeah, I never paid attention to those as I'm not particularly nostalgic for them. It's a shame they weren't treated better.

the problem with psp is the VRAM shame on sony for only giving 2MG vram yes ps vita can even play the 2012 hd port of the re4, and if we saw re4 port on psp it might be cut down version more than ps2 and as we know we all consider the ps2 port of re4 as the worst (no including the zeebo phone ports. and we also might see ada story as DLC on psp), and also i found out that re protable was in devlopment in 2008 i think and got cancelled too.
(dont mind my english)

No worries. What's your native language if you don't mind my asking

Ah that's cool. Keep it up, you've definitely got a solid grasp so far.

It's as possible as porting RE4 to the 3DS. You need someone very experienced at programming for the MIPS chip (if I'm not confused), and would need to be made from the ground up which is a pretty difficult task.

yes its a mips, and i dont think anyone would like to sink days months for one game that he can play on console lol.
