Rejected Remove the 30/60 Minute Profile Post Count Limit

I believe that the reason for implementing a rate limit of 30/60 seconds when posting on a profile is a bit too extreme. Can this be lowered? I recall that the reason for it to be instated is because it's supposed to tackle bots. But isn't there a way to somehow detect if the user in question is a bot or a human? Maybe try corelating the leveling system into this? I am Level 3 as of writing this, and I find it to be a bit strange that a reason for tackling bots is the reason for the rate limit when I am not only level 3, but have been using the forum since January this year.

Can't believe that Fake-Kun is responsible for the heavy limits.... I think we need to halt his Mega Man obsessssions.
