Redream vs Flycast

if you haven't tried yet, you can consider some previous versions;
Flycast was already pretty good (for some things even better than latest builds) in 1.3 and 2.x versions, both works here even on a potato win7 PC, and they have a great custom setting;
used a lot here a couple of years ago, doing and testing a lot of homebrew/emulation DC projects
ScummVM, Amiga, Mame, AES4ALL etc

i use both of them, i think to remember that Redream suffers with many homebrew and emulators, and with everything developed with Libronin libraries, like ScummVM

I don’t know either of those emulators.
The only one I had tried was NullDC, and that was only a few years ago.

It’s been a long time since I tried Dreamcast emulation, but since most Dreamcast games were either ported to PC or to the GameCube (like the Sonic Adventure games), I didn’t see much point in playing them. Of course, I know there’s more than just Sonic, but given the small number of games on this console due to its early failure, the library is pretty limited.

Redream has some bizarre input lag, I tend to use Flycast at native resolution and it works for me.

Honestly I rather prefer standalone Flycast. For some strange reason, I can't get retroarch version to recognize my keyboard.
