I was recently found with Super Jonkoid and i loved it, is there any more great SNES hack roms like this one? I played all rpgs and platform games of the snes like 10 times each and i want to see if the community have some bangers on them.

Chrono Trigger + (I was a playtester on it for the Great Ben)
FFV Pixel Freemaster (my hack)
FF4 Ultima
Secret of Mana Plus (expands game)
Maternalbound Redux (the great Ben makes ultimate edition earthbound)
Link to the Past Redux
Illusion of Gaia Retranslated
There are a ton of them when it comes to RPGS

Super Metroid Vitality's another great super metroid hack. I also enjoyed Hyper Metroid quite a bit. The Super Metroid Map Randomizer is also a lot of fun with different objectives you can choose. Every run almost feels like a brand new game. The Zelda 2 Redux hack is really great as well and I'd say probably the best way to play the game.

Some that you should check out are:

  • Trials of Mana (Complete Bugfix Compatibility) - Seiken Densetsu 3 with plenty of bug fixes, balance changes, Luck is actually useful now, exp-rubber banding, etc. Add Hues of Mana ontop of it for an even better experience
  • Starfox EX - Has customization options while providing lots of new content to explore
  • Final Fantasy II: Job System - People will just say to play FF5 instead but it is still worth trying because there is 14 jobs to get including classless. Guest characters don't join your party at all and instead give you their class to equip in the ring slot. Equipment has been changed to account for no longer being able to equip rings and equipment usage is based on your class. There game play enhancements, redone algorithms, bug fixes and surprise/back attacks are less punishing
