Hey guys! ever got tired of buying vlasic pickles or just buying jarred pickles in general? well not to fear i'll give you instructions on how! (you won't have to deal with the McMiddlefinger again!)

ingredients:

1 english cucumber
1/4 of White Distilled Vinegar
2 teaspoons of Mediterranean sea salt
2 teaspoons of sugar
1 cup of water

instructions:

1. Cut your cucumbers at least 2cm for each cut and put them in a mason jar or a random jar of your choice.

2. Make sure you boil water and vinegar in a pan for at least 5 mins, while it's in the process of boiling after 2 mins add your salt and sugar into it.

3. Pour it straight into the jar with the cucumber and close the lid shut (have something to avoid spilling)

Experiences:

The salt will easily change the color of the pickles in about 4 days or less, it lacks the crunch of processed pickles but it will feel more sour than them.

Well... got any ideas or useful tip to make this recipe better? Throw your advice below!!!

I'm a pepperhead so I immediately think of ways to make recipes unbearably hot but still delicious. I'll follow your recipe in the future and tweak the pain levels. If spicy pickles are good then I'll let you know.

Spicy pickles are great. You can also piclle your own Jalapeños and other peppers for a good spicy snack.
