Rayman Junior is an Edutainment 2D Platformer released in December 20th 2000 for Playstation, it is known in the US as Rayman Brain Games but each version had a different dub. I ripped my own disc a while ago and converted it to a PSP Eboot because I could never find this version anywhere, I grew up with this game and I find myself favoring this British dub, idk maybe it's nostalgia or maybe it's the fact I feel British English suits educational media more, whatever it is I just could not get used to the US version.

There's also a Popeye themed educational game by Nintendo on the Famicom made to teach Japanese English.

Although I played that game once in a NES Mini Clone (Famiclone Plug & Play Type) that has 500 games in 1.

Wow! I didn't know that Rayman had an educational game for children and that reminds me of the Donkey Kong Jr. Math from FC/NES that taught math to children +-x÷.
