the credits for those codes partly goes from one or more hackers that years ago eather created or converted the codes from the ntsc-u version , some other codes come from the hackers that are named clearly close to any single cheat in the site called gamehacking.org , the rest of the instructions i have found come from me , i am not an hacker so i can use some help for a crash that occur after the forced racing in planet barlow , basically the game crash right before the cutscene that celebrate your victory , but at least the game still save correctly so you can keep proceeding once you reload the save, but of course this can't be a definitive and stable way to play this game with all those hacks, ultimately this is a list that i have refined for months , so you can share it wherever you like , no problem, thanks to @qw90700 i managed to find a lot more instructions way faster because he explained to me how to use the debugger of pcsx2 qt , and this helped me to use also the debugged available in duckstation

come to think about it , there is only one condition i like people to respect when sharing codes that i create: do not share them with selfish people who "i don't own you nothing and you can't force me 1!" people who don't understand the importance of sharing even tho they aren't forced , just deserve to receive the same treatment, i don't own nothing to anyone , and i am not forced to share those hacks , but i am more than happy to do it because it is the right thing to do

@Nelson2001 of course , just remember to learn my basics: to do the same , share all the cheats you manage to find , and only share it with other generous people , so avoid all those selfish people who
"i won't share my hacks and mods and modding programs with you because i don't own you nothing and you can force me 1!"
because we must obtain two results , one, to keep helping each other as i am doing now , two , completely isolate those selfish hackers and modders who don't want to share anything , so we will get rid of them

and among those who must be excluded from this , we also have those irritating people who want to ruin the helping communities like this one, you know ,those who "learn to do it yourself and do not expect gifts from everyone , because if you do it here then you are barking at the wrong three 1!" , because those people are the one who are the major danger , because they openly encourage people to be generous , yes it happen that some peopel for whatever reason aren't able to do something on their own , in that case is just a matter of help them and at the same time not overdo by doing things that are somehow stressful , if for example i was thinking like the irritating people i mentioned in this comment, i wouldn't even have shared those cheats , since none besides me ever found those values , then i would have be like "who cares , i have those cheats and they are all for me to enjoy , who care about other people that may want to experience them 1!" , it would have be a big loss

yeah , i forgot another group of people that don't deserve what i did : those who want to be payed for sharing the hacks , years and years of hackings shared mutually for free , and all of the sudden those subjects arrive demanding that people pay for the hacks , hucks must be shared for free , end of story
