I got these a little over a year ago for $20 a pop and after doing some research I can only find two listings on eBay for the Mario one, if anyone knows what these are or where they came from pls team me thanks
 
Things you would clip to a backpack. I don't have any information beyond that, if that's what you were after ::sailor-embarrassed
 
The cover is extremely informative about WTF is this actually. Beyond the words like "clip" it even shows you how to use it lol:
