What do you even mean? I'm pretty sure Stardew Valley is on PSVita, I don't think anyone has tried to port it to PSP. Another thing, I don't think adding your firmware version means much.

Yes there is. last number is regional, I think 3004 is EU, since I am fairly sure I had one too.
People just shorthand to say 3000 etc, but there is likely 3001 3002 3003 and 3004 models depending on region, though sony might be sony and skip some numbers for fun of it.

The best you can likely do maybe is play one of the older harvest moon games that could be emulated adequately on PSP. No SV for PSP, Vita would have one.

Yeah, very sure it is EU for XXX4 since my Vita is also 1004 and I am fairly sure it is not imported. This also applies to PS3's and many other Playstation consoles.

There is no Stardew Valley port, but you could try the Harvest Moon games.

I don’t think Stardew Valley is available for PSP 3004 on 6.61. The game was never released for PSP, but you can play it on PC, mobile, or newer consoles. If you want a similar farming vibe on PSP, you might try Harvest Moon titles instead.
