The system price increase that's been happening is just absolutely insane to witness, especially seeing that price for the PS5 Pro like my God. Just as jarring to see as the Switch 1 price increase that happened a bit ago, the state of gaming these days is something else I swear.

The PS5 is nearly 5 years. For comparison's sake, the PS3 was getting a $350 price decrease AND a bigger HDD (60GB to 160GB) 5 years in:

Never thought I'd see the day where a console got more expensive further into its cycle to the point that I can't afford to get it 5 years in. Hell, I got my PS3 back in 2010, and that cost me just $300 CAD!
