Should be noted, this is forked off of the old translation attempt that hasn't gotten updated in a decade and it is very early days in terms of its implementation. Still, I am very happy this is finally making some headway.

i literally downloaded the japanese version a few weeks ago and read that there had been a translation effort that stalled out a long time ago, so i had started it with retroarch's ztranslate integration right before this came out lol

I'm playing English patch 0.7 (installing 0.7.5 tonight) and so far it's very doable. Sure, there are some text alignment and size issues but I can actually play PRINCESS CROWN and understand the story!!
It is such an amazing game.

Yup clear as Crystal. If I didn’t know any better I would’ve thought vanillaware made it.

I know. I default to thinking by the same group who did Odin Sphere, but then i know it isn't. But good games are good games :)

Forgive my ignorance but what is Satakore edition about? I see online that there is a Saturn online store that shares that same name but I don't know what the affiliation is exactly.

It seems it was originally about a budget reprint label for Saturn games.

So this version of Princess Crown is like a 1.1 revision with some modifications.
