"Dr. Mario" for NES offers a selection of two songs: "Fever" and "Chill." The former envokes a feeling of panic while the latter is, as the name suggests, very laid-back and mellow.

Personally, I prefer "Chill," but "Fever" is good too.

Fever. It's the theme of Dr. Mario to me. The version with lyrics by Brentalfloss is freaking hilarious!
Never listened to any Brentalfloss songs before.
