I've tried to make the most i could in the image about the game, notable thing was the game plays like Afterburner for the first couple of minutes you have to follow a way point in a specific direction then when you reach it withing the time/fuel limit the player's charecters transforms in to a Gundam like mech in a Transformers like animation and a bigger enemy (don't remember if it's a Alien or a Space ship or both) appears and you engage in a boss battle. Sort of like another Afterburner like arcade game that had a dude flying on a jetpack. Someone said that it might be from the Macross franchise which I highly think it is. It maybe from this franchise but there's so much media of it that finding that particular game makes it very hard. This is the only thing that jumps to me that it might tbe the game. But unfortunately I can't find anything about it. Also seems like someone was looking for this game in 2006, where they found the info from that exact jp site I mentioned in the other reply.
