Pin opening posts in Repo Comment System

When sorting by newest (the default), the opening post with the game info and link gets pushed back to the end.
You can always click sort by date but that gets a bit annoying after awhile.
Articles and Questions threads pin the first post for example.

Well shit, I didn't expect it to cost money. I hope that was a one-time purchase at least.
