I have a personal collection of Sega games for NES including bootlegs and hacks but it doesn't include Phantasy Star IV. It does have a bootleg of Phantasy Star II that i can't find anywhere else.

Thanks for the tip, my friend, and also that this version of Famicom didn't know it existed despite being a bootleg of the Iconic JRPG game from the Mega Drive/Genesis version.
