So I would say the people to blame is the people that keep spending money on it. I mean if you as a company lost money on something you would not keep doing it or you end up bankrupt. So I hate to say this but the blame is mostly on the gamers. The saying vote with your wallet is true in every sense of the word. If they don´t make money they won´t keep doing it.
