im aware of all that. probably best to have someone in the seat of power who doesn't want too tight of control on their people.Anarchy would make this worse, simple fact is there's no real easy solution to this other than a rights respecting government, whether it be monarchy, libertarian, confederate, republic, soviet etc, it's all a matter of what they respect when it comes to the public's rights, anarchy would simply change who's controlling it, since anarchy by it's very nature is impossible to maintain at scale.
