Old art of link?

My experience with anything Zelda has been this:
1-actually played Zelda 1 NES
2-actually played GB ZELDA 1 (the one about Wind Fish)- liked that one better
3-ppl say "Majora's Mask" is haunted
4-ppl say "Wind Walker" is greatest game ever, then only complain about some motercycle IDK

*goes back to scuffing in grass from delicious low-level IMP bodies*
GB Zelda, is it Link's Awakening? I love that one too

I understand. Sorry, my alerts did not noticed me.
Putting it in a simplistic matter, The Legend of Zelda, is like a Hide-and-Seek game.
Every corner, has a secret, from the most to the least obvious.
An item, a person, a secret to find and discover.

Since The Legend of Zelda 1 (less known called "The Hyrule Fantasy"), the concept has been evolving...
To interesting heights.

The only exception is The Legend of Zelda 2 - Link's Adventure, being a platform (but still).

The Legend of Zelda 3, has made some base and important concepts onward to the series (specially, more about the Triforce, the concept of evil to bane and the lore behind, through the series).

GB Zelda 1 is none other than Link's Awakening (or Zelda 4), and this one was the base for the next one:
Ocarina of Time (Zelda 5).

Majora's Mask (Zelda 6), was made by the hand of Eiji Aonuma in six months, giving a new perspective to the series (and sort of a direct continuation of Ocarina of Time).
After this, happened Oracle Duology (I could be mistaken with this detail).

The Legend of Zelda - The Wind Waker, was directed again, for Eiji Aonuma. The new perspective, with CelShade Graphics, initially for the birth of his son...
And initially, began two situations:
Conflicted fans (because of the new aspect of Link, the protagonist, they liked it anyway),
and the so much argued timelines debate.

(The series is divided at least at three different timelines)

And no, there is no motorcycle (this is a Breath of the Wild feat ? )

Pretty much, I can say something like this, about The Legend of Zelda, at least, classic part of the series.

Why are they doing all that? It just seems like money grab! Just Because fans wanted it? I don't get it.

Of course, Nintendo, initially, was a Hanafuda Card Game Factory, back in 1889.
Around the '70, they tried pretty much everything (even a Love Hotel, and that's far)...
Until they discovered Gunpei Yokoi with the Ultra Hand and in part, the rest is history...
They created toys, later, the Color TV 6 (first machine made from Nintendo), even a Love Matcher toy (something like that is called).

The impulse, was in 1981, when they discovered the talent of Shigeru Miyamoto, as an artist and designer.
And made one of their first arcades (well, the second):
Donkey Kong.

Today, as any Videogame company, from Japan, it is divided in two main divisions:
Japanese and North American.
The Japanese is the HQ, and the North American is the extension...

Basically, the JPN are the creatives and USA...
The latter is the "Legal Issues" division, to resuming...

You know, they were favored in that sense, specially, when they have suffered the judge against Universal Pictures, for the similarity about Donkey Kong and King Kong.
(If I'm not mistaken...)
The Attorney-At-Law, was none other than John Kirby.
(They dedicated the name to the Kirby of the Star series, made by Masahiro Sakurai, in 1990, the first one, for GameBoy original and onwards)...

That's just wrong. And Ironic.

Don't worry, I could be mistaken with the details.
But more than anything, trying to be accurate about why Nintendo changed so much...
