Does anyone have a map of all the plot holes in Ocarina of Time? (Adult Link)

Well, apparently if you get the tombstone exploding to access to the Royal Family tomb in the future (to acquire the Sun's Song) it will also be missing in the past since the map is basically the same regardless of the time period.

Forgot to mention, it's also the Master Quest version. Not sure how many Skulltulas are in the field, but I need those as well.
