Extremely Weird And Obscure Games

This is the only correct thing you've said here. So I think we'll have to agree to disagree on the rest, because you absolutely could watch TV 24/7
Yes you could and i'm sure there was people that did. It wasn't the common thing to do though.
and people 100% left TV on as background noise, and that's going back to at least the 1980s with the rise of cable and the end of stations signing off in the middle of the night, replacing dead air with infomercials and reruns.
CRT TVs were noisy. Any time they were on there was an unpleasant background hum even when there was no sound coming out of the tv. You could tell when a tv was on just by walking into a room. Turn the tv off when you're done watching it was a frequent thing parents would tell children in those days.

You're confusing things a small minority of people did. Sure there were people who stayed up late to watch tv station sign offs, but most people did not. Likewise, i'm sure some people left their TVs on all day long but this was definitely not common with anyone I knew during that time. It was uncommon enough that tv shows like the Simpsons made fun of people who watched too much tv.

Psycho Fox doesn't really seem like an obscure game. It's one of the most well-known Master System games of all time, after all.
It is? Never knew it existed until I learned of DeCap, which led to me learning about Magical Hat and going down the grapevine to Psycho Fox. Maybe SMS games in general are uncharted territory for me.

'Riding Fight' (1992) is another arcade game I wanted to mention. It's kinda obscure but it's definitely a great game and very much worth playing. If you ever wanted to try a really nice beat em up where you are on a hoverboard pretty much the whole time... this game was made for you. Very cool!

IDK if this game is obscure or not but SegaSonic The Hedgehog is a really cool game with a unique control scheme, the sprite work and animations are great too!
Dude, no one talks about this one. It's tough as nails but it's fun once you get it down.

William's Blaster
It's technically a sequel to Robotron.
No one I know has ever played it...
But, as far as oldschool space shooters go, it bops!

Again, agree to disagree. Believe what you like.

Hello fair folk

I want to make a little list of weird PC games to play, and by weird I mean WEIRD weird, be it in gameplay or just art style, things similar to Popol Maya (1997), Surrealidade (1999) or even Creatures (1996). Please, recommend any funky game that comes to mind (yes, even the bad ones).

It's not technically a PC game, but LSD: Dream Emulator for the PS1 is pretty out there and can be emulated on a PC (as funny as it is to emulate a game with "Emulator" in its title).

The gameplay is pretty much just walking through these dream scenarios, with the scenario changing each time you touch something in the environment. I believe it was only released in Japan, but there's no dialog or text to be translated, so that isn't an issue.

oh... these are my favorite kinds of games.

Hylics 1 & 2
JUDERO
Dujanah
Beeswing
Sluggish Morss 1-4 & especially Pattern Circus

Dare I say it, these are probably some of the greatest games ever made surreal or not.

Beeswing is really special to me so I won't leave an image. Just play it it's like 3 dollars on Steam. The Sluggish Morss games, Beeswing, and Judero are all made by Jack-King Spooner and you can find the rest of his work (+ the Morss games) on his itch.io (not Steam for Morss).

Also it's not as visually surreal as the rest, but it's worth mentioning that the greatest game ever made is Outer Wilds (only if you don't spoil yourself and play it completely blind).

Do you know of any other games about Greys?

This game isn't surreal just for the surrealness, this game is an artistic masterpiece.
Also, there was a thread almost identical to this with A LOT of responses, I forgot what it was but if anyone can dig that up I think OP will appreciate it, there was a ton more suggestions there.
