hi hate to sound like a grandma here but i cant seem to change my avatar just wondering what images work resized my image into 400X400 and it doesn't work every image i try doesn't work is it a specific file i need or?

jpg, jpeg or png should work. mine is a png.

I can upload it for you if you DM it to me, but WEBP and other formats won't work. Try PNG. It's a safe bet.

GIFs work too, but they need to be 192x192.

at least 400x400 or bigger, jpg or png less than 2Mb in size.
not webp or newer formats.
