Nintendo wins court battle against defiant streamer

Unfortunely, they only win with strong arm tactics. They have actually only settled or even drop cases versus emulation. Mostly cause there hasn't been a definitive ruling on it legality, though many other cases, such as add-ons, rentals, VHS, and Clones have actually been ruled legal in a court of law.

Case in point was Dolphin, they only went after the steam release, and their lawsuit against them for LOCKING hardware copyright, which is a patent, not a copyright issue, isn't looking too good for them.
And the palworld patents those are failing in Japan and America right now very funny ngl

Nothing in the world is discussed as much as Nintendo's battles.
