Nintendo Lego sets

Anyone owned a Super Mario, and/or Animal Crossing Lego set? New Super Mario/Animal Crossing sets have been leaked and will be released this August.

I stopped buying Lego's when they stopped making cool original sets. Speed Champions is the only one in my radar. everything else is sleep tier

I felt tempted to buy an animal crossing lego set recently:

Lego never really stopped being cool to me, unfortunately it's too expensive here and I'm not rich.

I have not ever liked how they made Mario/Wario big instead of the same size as other characters given the Lego treatment. I may buy some of the Animal Crossing sets though.

The only lego thing I ever had was a big pirate ship with a red/white sail, and only because it was marked down from $100+ to $19 when Kay Bee was going under. I get that there are cool designs and sets, but I can get just as much out of looking at a photo online as I can the assembled set getting layered in dust on a bookshelf.
