Done Nintendo and Sega talk have missing a specific icon

It would be nice if all 4 had a proper logo.

The reason is they don't have a font awesome SVG . Gotta find a workaround.

The nintendo-switch icon has been removed by legal request of Nintendo of America Inc.

Font Awesome is no longer able to provide icons related to Nintendo, their gaming consoles, accessories, or games.

Everything is illegal.
Trademarks work like this: If when you look at something if you can "confuse it" with the real (trademarked) thing, then it's "trademark infringement", so to not be those images would have to be totally unrecognizable in a way that nobody could mistake them with Mario and Sonic, so 2 new totally original characters. See how they always win.

What about SEGA alone? They are less strict, after all. Their logo is very wide; would it be problematic to use their S only?

In retro gaming circles, the 'n-word' phrase is going to be more closely associated with the company that made Mario rather than the racial slur in a few years if they keep going like that.

'Hey, look! The n-word is embroiled in another lawsuit!'

It's the best possible outcome for their silly ways.
