Hack Info Hack by: The Newer Team Version: 1.19 Release Date: December 25, 2017 Source: https://newerteam.com/ds/
The RG35xx is already using retroarch in the background. Also, I have a feeling that its SD card is dying, so might not even be an emulator thing. Can you try Retroarch? I know its a pain to setup, but sometimes I use multiple emulators since some games seem to work on only one.
Yeah I just tried it. Its only got 7 levels. I like it so far. I actually never tried the main game before, so I was never aware it had yoshi and mushrooms that make you giant.Well, true story is NSMB2 and NSMBU were being in development at the same time... by interns, Nintendo divided interns into two teams and rivaled them together to create interesting levels as part of their training, make the better sequel... to this day I have no idea why so many people praise NSMB2 imo it's the least interesting one, even back in 2012 I beat it so quick and felt disappointed.
They did make a 3D one but honestly I did not like it all that much, barely played it.
Kaizo romhacks are seriously overrated and missing the point of why challenges are supposed to be fun.I kinda like NSMBWii but yeah this one is quite solid, level design is interesting, not BS Kaizo like most fan made Mario Maker.
I assumed that the 3DS and Wii U having Super Mario 3D Land and World was basically the natural evolution of the "New" formula that the DS and Wii started. I would've been fine if they made sidescroller games scarcer. At least I hope if there's a new game like Wonders they won't make it bland or too similar to the first.Well, true story is NSMB2 and NSMBU were being in development at the same time... by interns, Nintendo divided interns into two teams and rivaled them together to create interesting levels as part of their training, make the better sequel... to this day I have no idea why so many people praise NSMB2 imo it's the least interesting one, even back in 2012 I beat it so quick and felt disappointed.

Kinda sad that this ROM crashes Drastic on my RG35xxH. Was looking forward to playing this on my commute. But then again... It looks great on the TV with a lovely CRT filter.
To me, all the New SMB sequels basically seem like 1 guy did ROM hacks and texture packs on top of the original DS release. At that point I'm ready to believe that NSMB2 was meant to be a 3DS port of NSMB Wii until they've decided otherwise.

Newer team is so good! I also like the nsmb on Wii. But I want to find more for DS if there are any.Although this game is a Romhack of the base game, it's pretty good because there are new levels to explore along the journey and has a pretty good level design and it also feels like a kind of sequel to the New Super Mario Bros. Original unlike the official sequel that came out for the 3DS that in itself was not better than its predecessor mainly because of the lack of innovation and that the level design was somewhat boring and without much fun.
I kinda like NSMBWii but yeah this one is quite solid, level design is interesting, not BS Kaizo like most fan made Mario Maker. This is better than any NSMB game after the original.
I understand the Point Friend. At that point I'm ready to believe that NSMB2 was meant to be a 3DS port of NSMB Wii until they've decided otherwise.

I'm surprised this wasn't already uploaded. It's by FAR one of the best Mario ROM hacks to come out in recent years. And by "recent", I mean "OH MY GOD, IT'S NEARLY A DECADE OLD!!"
