Reading this in the Piklopedia when i bought the game, gave me chills. Its the only enemy in the game with this kind of behavior and lore.

In terms of androids, I'm partial to Aigis from Persona 3. She was so much fun to use in Persona 3 Reload, that I almost exclusively used any stat boosting items on her.

Not sure if this counted, but here's one I like:

(Vivienne, from Phantasy Star Portable)
She's not playable in any way (but she have tons of collectables), but I like her because how she's designed to have some sort of a rabbit ears, and also how she learned emotions even though she's kind of newly built (if I remember it correctly).

Do you guys remember Blast Corps on the N64? If you haven't played it, you should try it because it's a great time. You can shoryuken buildings with this guy.

hmmmmm I could mention so many mechas, but we're looking for robots or androids here, so autonomous and not piloted machines.

I could put forward my current pfp, but she's a model kit and not from any games. And mecha musume is also uuhh arguably not robot lol.
