I was going to ask "in real hardware", since you said "in PSP", then I realized this is the Emulation subforum...

What emulator are you using?

There wasn't a lot of context given so I'm going to operate on assumptions here: if you are trying to run the PS1 version on the PSP you must be using Retroarch. If so, start by trying a different core.

Then, check emulation status for this particular game. If it is listed as playable without issues then try changing your emulator's configuration such as the audio backend.

if you haven’t, Try PPSSPP. That thing runs everything PSP almost to perfection.
