(Namco/PS2) Is it possible to mod MotoGP 3 music in MotoGP 4?

This kind of idea has been a barnburner in the back of my head for a long while, having played both MotoGP 3 & 4 extensively over the this year. For the latter, I've been playing through MotoGP 4's career mode, but that's not important. What is important, is the music. MGP 4 has 10 tracks to choose from to race with in the background, and to be frank, I only use like 4 tracks out of the 10 that I really, really like. MGP 3 on the other hand has 15 tracks on its soundtrack, and they're all tailored to the 15 tracks that was in the game, and are absolute bangers. I'm a complete noob in terms of modding PS2 games, but I always wondered, is it possible to switch MotoGP 4's music, with MotoGP 3's music, or for more fun, Ridge Racer music? Interested in hearing back from the community to see if it is possible, but also knowing how can it achieved if possible.
