My (Probably Will Not Follow Through) Fan Translation Idea

So i LOVVE this manga called "Horimiya", have been a big fan for like five years. since i enjoy it so much and it has left some permanent changes and marks in my life causing me to change for the better, i want to help others in my country who may not know enough english to read it. i have a lot of friends who search vigorously for sites that have their anime or manga on my country's language, and i would like to at least contribute to helping them. I have seen some Horimiya translations for example, but i was not exactly left satisfied with how they conveyed a few words and jokes, as well as their overall way of writing it had changed some scenes drastically. I thought "i think i can make a better translation than this" but i am not sure if i have the time or mental fortitude (im very weak and i get so tired so easily) to follow through , let alone a place where i can post said translations. maybe i'll try, maybe i wont

you should give it a try! translation is really fun. i had the same thought as you back late last year and tried to make a better translation for Love-Bullet in English. the process is really super duper fun.

i wouldnt let the pressure of translation get to you. just do it at your own pace. it's obviously something youre passionate about. youre not doing it for money, so you dont have to worry about putting things out "on time". give it a shot, i implore you.
(also horimiya is so fucking cute and Izumi's hair and piercings make me swoon) ((i got more piercings cause of him LOL))
