i been intersted in playing games made with mugen or ikemen im mostly for ones that arre actually games and not just a bunch of chars and stages inserted and calling it a day not that theres anything wrong with that is juust noot what im looking for.
heres 2 that i fund and liked a lot.

For my main screen pack and my go to I use The Super Mugen entertainment system one, love the sound effects and and all around theme.and if I had to choose,it would be the horror movies and Kamen rider Legends games

Had shared these in a past thread about Fun Games & Developer Support.

Hyper Dragon Ball Z by Balthazar. It has Multiplayer as well:

Castlevania Fighter By Serio:

Project X Cards Rebirth:

Mortal Kombat 2 Remix has to be the best MK Mugen

Super polished and professional without the excessive bloat MK Mugen's are infamous for.

I like SNK vs. Capcom EX a lot too

CvS Mugen's are admittedly a dime a dozen, but this one has a nice, polished feel, no bloat, and a loose gameplay system more closely resembling the Magic Series styled gameplay from Darkstalkers.

these actually feel almost like official games, give em a try, one of the ikemen/openbor fan games, approved by a lot of people
i dint knew you could do beat em ups in it.

craziest thing? guy made it a full story, added even his own animated quick time event like scenes, especially in the final boss fight, which is so unique, for this genre, insane coding skills

I don't have the craziest experience with MUGEN, but Mortal Kombat Khaotic lives up to it's name. Ridiculous, horribly made, but fun.

i remember really liking Street Fighter One, reimagining of the first street fighter made in mugen that lets you play as all the characters, adds supers, replaces the arcade soundtrack with the much better arranged soundtrack, and has controls that don't make me want to do a cartwheel into a pit of venomous spiders

I'm genuinely surprised Capcom never tried that.

Does anyone here know how to make content for MUGEN? I used to make screenpacks and upload it to the mugenarchive then got myself banned years ago.

Anyways, I'm just curious if anyone else is in the same boat.
