Most disappointing licensed games?

If people ask me about bad games, I usually tell them there is very straight shortcut to it. Just look for a game with these 3 features:

- made in the 90s
- developed by western company
- has a movie license

... Boom!!

Yes, it sounds like a joke, but can work like a charm.

Mmmmm... I would say Madden games (with the license of NFL games)

And about licensing like known IP, I would say Sponge Bob Battle for Bikini Bottom for the GBA. Is was just so meh.
