In short, he betrayed basically everyone, is a murderer, sells out his allies for personal gain and he never once owns up to his mistakes, claiming his innocence and blaming everyone else for what would eventually become his downfall. Luckily for him he was saved from execution by nature of the game being a prequel and would eventually die like a bitch from drowning in a swimming pool. Too bad it didn't happen sooner.
