Raiden and Jax were the best part of the show. they had some good one liners and snarky comebacks. the live action show squandered it's potential since it set itself up as a prequel i think it was, for the games. you'd see Raiden training some of the other warriors in preparation for the next tournament. it was just random nonsense and it ends with all of the main characters besides Raiden dead. ...so, i guess shao kahn won in that timeline. seeing cartoons made for kids based off of non kid stuff is always bizarrely fascinating.
