On the *very* last collectible, it spawned just as I completing a mission, but I died at the same time or something. I couldn't do [I]anything[/I] to respawn back, like even powering off the system. Save file was cursed & was forever stuck at 99%. Nothing worse than a 100% robbed through glitches! [/QUOTE]
