One of the best beat em ups on the system, it's a blast to play with a friend. I own the cartridge of this game, it's one of my favorites.

I love this one, I think it's better than the SNES one

The good thing is that the Genesis version is Completeable considering the 6 Credits available in the Game.

Just finished a playthrough of this and I think it's a solid beat'em up for Genesis. Playable beginning to end in about an hour. However, the pacing is really weird. It goes from scenes in the movie, to a flashback of when the new rangers joined, and back to the movie content, then back to show content, then back to movie content? I mean it's not bad gameplay and probably a fun couch co-op but the story is all over the place and doesn't really keep pace with the movie or show. And they completely jump over the part where the rangers get their ninja outfits and have to travel to the planet they meet dulcea. That could have easily been a level but they just condensed it to a single panel in a cutscene.

It's fine graphics, sound and gameplay but story just needs massive restructuring.
