Megaman 7 New Rom Hack

This romhack improves by slightly increasing the base walk speed and the jump distance of Megaman. It's also compatible with the Refit hack, and playing together with it now:

I always found that Megaman was a little to slow in this game, this romhack fixes it for me, and maybe can be useful for you too, I personally approve it
