is a frame rate of 30 really six times the frame rate of the nintendo sixty four? i remember a lot of games from that generation running slowly but not that slowly
my member is worse than i thought

lol, 30 fps is just the stadium monitor video framerate (check the full post)

Yeah, the game actually runs relatively well on the Hardware. But that monitor in Luigi Raceway runs bad and looked bad. I don't even understand why is in the game. Was it that much less noticeable on a low resolution small CRT TV?

Not exactly. More it was just a neat trick at the time to have a screen within the game world displaying any sort of live video feed, but not worth the cycles to update at a higher frame rate. Remember, this was the early days of 3D games, and implementing anything more complicated than a static, or few-frame animated texture was novel and bespoke.
