Does anyone else collect manga? Ignore the Lysol wipes lol. I was cleaning at the time. 20250221_122221.jpg

i used to. now i mainly get them from the archive. last physical books that i got was the zelda: twilight princess comics.

I got all the Fist Of The North Star Manga digitally. As well as Apocalypse Zero

I own a full run of Crows, and some assorted other stuff like the Azumanga omnibus and some Junji Ito stuff, but I haven't bought a new volume of anything in years.

I have the full Akira collection. I started collecting it back in the 90s when they released it under the Dark Horse label. But that is the only manga I have collected. Not many manga stores where I live.

I like collecting all sort of books and I have a few Manga in my collection, through mostly just the First Volume of any said series. In Digital Format. The stuff is really expensive and I don't have the budget to build a physical collection even If I wanted to (and I do) so keeping it all in my PC is the good enough.

I have a lot of manga. Some series are so long (over 40 volumes) that they take entire shelves for themselves. I've got a lot of bizarre stuff, old stuff and such like the Gundam F90 manga.

I also see some mobile suit over there. I love the GP02, it does seem unpainted though.

I also see you that have the Fooly Cooly manga. I like Hajime Ueda's art, especially the stuff he did for the Monogatari anime. I have all of the Monogatari novels released in english form Bake to Zokuowari

I would love to but books are really expensive here ::apollo

Edit: If I could pick one manga series to collect, I'd go for Blue Exorcist

I used to, but a while back I digitized a lot of my collection and sold the rest to Book Off. I just read digitally. I would love to keep a physical collection around but I needed the shelf space for other stuff.

I do still have some physical manga on hand, but very few. My wife still has a bunch though.

Moving around so much and going through unexpected things I ended up losing a lot of stuff including manga. But I finally got the courage to start over last year. I also used to have death note, fairy tail, etc. that were given to me from my teachers at school. They gave me a couple volumes throughput the years so it’s sad that I don’t have them anymore. At least used manga is cheap right? :D

F90 is a blast, i hope someday they make an OVA of it (alongside Crossbone). I don't have many manga in my collection (i'm mostly a comic reader), but i have a two-volume Golgo 13 anthology with the best stories according to the fans, (one of my most cherished possesions) published by Glenat in Spain long time ago, alongside a couple of Junji Ito works like Tomie, an anthology of Kazuo Umezz called The House of Insects. I also have the spanish edition of Hauntress by Minetaro Mochizuki (an unsettling and disturbing manga), Chronowar by Kasumasa Takayama (an underrated mangaka), Circus of Monsters by Hideshi Hino and a couple of samurai's mangas done by Hiroshi Hirata (Broken Promises and Samurai Son of Death, published in Eclipse back in the day) and a couple of one shots of Tatsuki Fujimoto, like Look Back and Goodbye Eri.

Let me correct that: I picked up the first four volumes of Smoking Behind the Supermarket with You about a week after this post. It's cute.
