Mahjong and Hanafuda games translations

How many games as been translate in english from various console? I love mahjong and hanafuda, but there is only a few games translate..

It's a difficult thing to quantify, given how popular both games are in Japan.

That said, I have personally played a simple but functional Mahjong game on the NES that was translated, probably one of the earliest games on the platform, so bringing these games into a digital form has been a very storied pursuit.
