Mahjong and Hanafuda games translations

It's a difficult thing to quantify, given how popular both games are in Japan.

That said, I have personally played a simple but functional Mahjong game on the NES that was translated, probably one of the earliest games on the platform, so bringing these games into a digital form has been a very storied pursuit.
