Can someone please tell me how to fix this low-res font? I already download Psp original font and put it in PSP/Flash0 but nothing happen.

I'm not sure if you can. The PSP has a much smaller screen than phones nowadays, leading to not just the font but the graphics looking ugly too on larger devices. PPSSPP on PC is a nightmare for me in that regard, upscaling just makes it 10 times uglier.
Best you can do is put all the graphics settings to max and upscale everything as far as you can. Or just buy a PSP, they aren't that expensive and modding one takes like 3 minutes.

What I can gather from online after making double sure is that the fonts PSP uses, even if in unique format, are bitmap, and not vector like most fonts used on PC's for past few decades. This means they are fixed size 2D assets much like the HUD and anything else with the game and most you can wish to do is find a high res texture modpack that includes the font, use good upscaling or just get used to it. Emulating old systems, especially portables, will have this issue and if you want to fix it for every game, you get to playing no games from NES to even PS2.

Also, if you are adventurous type, and using PPSSPP, you can dump the textures too (including bitmap fonts).
Then you can upscale/enhance the font yourself and apply it.

However, you should be familiar with the process of texture dumping/replacing in PPSSPP in order to do so.
There are tutorials available on internet about how to do so.
