I just love this shit:

It's mod that makes everyone in Vice City be at their best behavior, all happy and positive (you still get to murder everything in-sight, though).

I'm linking to Kevin's video because guy just nails the mod and its atmosphere while making it highly entertaining to watch, which makes for an easier sell than any essay I could put in here.
