Howdy!
First time actively interacting in a non-reddit forum since like 2009! I'm Eorthan, nice to meet y'all! I've been trying this year to be more mindful and use the internet with more intent, instead of just brainrotting from one social media to another! I remember forums being a fun and exciting place to meet around common interests so I'm looking forward to trying to be more active around here!
I guess a couple of things about me in terms of retro games: My first console was a Yellow GBC! Oracle of Ages was my jam, even though I was too young to properly beat it at the time haha. Followed by a hand-me-down N64 I got from my cousins. Luckily my best friend also had an N64 so we had plenty of games to play! Ps2, to Xbox360, to PC gaming, and now a bit of everything! Currently I'm "healing my inner child" with my old PSP and my wife's old DS Lite. While I do most of my gaming on PC and Steam Deck, I have found myself gravitating to games of previous generations. I think it's been said a million times at this point, but man, games back then had a bit more spirit! (With the exception of Indie games today! I'm an indie game fiend!)
I'm mostly playing PS1 titles on the PSP and DS titles (currently feasting through Chrono Trigger and ff9!)
