I found a new GBA/GBC/GB emulator on the Google Play Store. It's called Linkboy. It's free and works pretty well. You can also pay for it, and you get a few extra features, but I don't think that's necessary because it works well enough as it is the free version.

It's also new to the creator of the MyBoy GBA emulator. What surprised me was why he didn't charge for it from the start, because his emulators are already expensive.
