2006 was good, I stand by that, it's just buggy as hell.

I'll stop you right there. If it was good then it shouldn't be "buggy as hell".

I can understand some of the elements that were fun and good but I cannot objectively claim this is a good game. I don't like how Sonic fans are suddenly deciding that Sonic Colours, despite being functional, is now said to be mediocre if not bad because of reasons like "it's too childish" or "it didn't try to be epic" when sometimes we don't need to have Super Sonic fighting a big monster at the end of the game.

And the bestality scene could've been not there.

Maybe it wouldn't qualify as such because Sonic & Co are sapient and act like humans but I do agree that the kiss scene has nothing to do with the series. Hell, even if it was Amy who kissed Sonic to resurrect him it would've felt out of place... That pseudo-romance was shoehorned and felt unnatural. Even Nintendo didn't try at romantic scenes between Mario and Peach for a good reason.

That's about it, 06 has really cool levels, and it has one of my favorite OST's in the series.

Cool levels that are hindered by the gameplay. I think even SA1 and SA2's gameplay were more dynamic overall.

out Project 06 it makes it better.

On the other hand I do agree although it doesn't remove every intrinsic flaws of the game.

I cannot, in good conscience, blame the mod for banning someone with a pfp that looks extremely suspect out of context. Sonic fans can be way past weird.

IIRC, the user appealed the ban and showed the mod the full cover. The ban was overturned but they still had to change their pfp

I kinda disagree because ultimately it's rain on Sonic. Context is important about things which is the basis of the rules and how we apply them. Not just banning someone on the spot without even thinking further than personal observation.

If it was a cropped nsfw pic I would've understood and totally agreed with the mod but taking things out of context to ban someone is like if you would censor someone because you thought they said an insult while they used a different word.
