RetroGameTalk CORRINQUEST: THE EXPERIENCE

For those of you who don't know, a Corrinquest is a run of Fates (usually Conquest, hence the name) where you use nobody but your avatar and an army of reclassed avatars you recruit from other people's My Castles via streetpass or online communication.

What I intend to do is to source custom characters from YOU! you can name them anything, give them any skills, and make them any class (that doesn't crash the game)

Sadly, with the servers offline, we can't do a legit run anymore.... without some SAVE EDITING, of course!
It's actually quite easy to do some tweaking to put a custom unit data into the save file, and have them fully up and running through the game

And with THE POWER OF THE INTERNET, you can get ANYONE to submit a Corrin to be used

Just uh, watch out. all your corrins have Permadeath enabled..... so hopefully i'll be able to play the game good enough to keep all y'all alive for a good while

Pretty cool! I don't exactly know what the game is about or how good I made the character but I sent mine lol, another Samurai/Swordsmaster cuz I like katanas, can't wait to see the adventures of Pizza Demon Girl lol
For your joy, I googled a bit before making the character so it should be at least decent lol

Nah it's doable, don't worry, I never played a FE game either but I did it anyway, there are some resources to check in the form, for the rest it's just googling "best x fire emblem fates"

Kinda preemptively sealed my dude's fate early by naming him Wompus, so when (if?) he dies, people can be like "womp womp".

But I believe Wompus the knight's luck will be able to shine through!

Inspired by my favourite FE knight, Seth, I hope he shall carry you through many battles. Or at the very least survive long enough to reach level 20? Yeah, that might be a more realistic goal.

Nah it's doable, don't worry, I never played a FE game either but I did it anyway, there are some resources to check in the form, for the rest it's just googling "best x fire emblem fates"

Broadly, you don't have to worry about it. If you fill out the form you can give me the info I need to synthesize a character by cloning my own modified save files. I tried to make the form easy to fill out even if you've never played the game before

Heya! I rolled Pizza Demon girl onto the team, and noticed the only skill you gave her was vantage (which samurai already has by default). Do you have any preference as to what I should give her?

Try it! the international version changed the script so much it's practically a different game, it should be simpler than when I did it

Wait you can give her more than one skill? I thought you could only choose between vantage and duelist’s blow. I have no idea about how any of this works and I can’t find stuff on the internet so just give her the most fitting ones lol
