To make a custom character that I can use ingame! You don't need to really know much about the game, how the mechanics work, or even have a 3ds! just follow along and you could have the chance to have a starring role in one of Nintendo's strangest titles
This next chunk of the game is going to be a bunch of maps that are Locations visited birthright but given new contacts and sometimes reusing maps but other times just making other **** up. It makes for honestly kind of a weird early game at a mixed bag of level design but for our purposes it's stomping grounds for our girls to take a crack at spreading their wings a bit
CHAPTER 8: YUKIMURA'S LAME CASTLE
Yukimura is so mad at the sight of kamui he can't even speak
Still no more corrins this chapter... sigh
If you notice me kind of skipping through this level without much commentary its because its pretty basic and not a lot is going on honestly. luckily in the next mission more will be happening
I bought tonics to keep our frail girlies alive. we don't have a ton of money to throw around Until around chapter 17 or so which is a ways away
this NPC girl is going to give us a nice little meal although it's going to be a while before we can get a full party double ingredient meal. Having a massive party from all the corrins And also the large number of normal characters will make it so that we won't have the ability to feed our entire active party until quite a ways into the game when we get the upgraded kitchen
This map is chapter seven of birthright except we're playing it backwards that said it's not actually that different because the actual flow of battle is still quite simple also we only have 4 units which is very frustrating because it makes it so that everything takes a long time going through these convoluted corridors
turn one and I've already somewhat mispositioned. Oops!
These pegasus nights are no match for Samus already she doesn't even need a pair of partner
Dentist is going in for the kill while the others block off the initial enemies
Dentist gets a pretty good level here I like her getting both bulks
As you're going to see for the next couple chapters the amount of low percent crits were getting are not going to decrease! My God These little bisexual bitches are too strong
Solid ellipse level
They decided to give a one to two range sword in this game and they made it the Kodachi which you just kind of, throw at people
this combo of Archer and ninja on the other side of the wall are going to hassle us for a few turns we'll be take shift damage with them with shurikens to lower their defenses enough because they're still a little bit too dangerous for us to just run in an attack
Realizing now that I accidentally gave dentist E rank tomes at the beginning of the game when she should have had around D rank oops but it doesn't really matter a ton because she's still good!
Kamui Also going in for a range attack against these guys although he's a in a bit more danger from their range attacks
I was kind of trying to avoid giving Samus the kill here but whatever she need she needs these guys dead
she takes a hell of a crack back but Ellipse can heal them up
Speaking of healing a dragon vein here lets us turn these tiles into a healing source we're going to use these to take out the archers over this wall here
a killer glance is normally used for Gunter but since we're not using him and we aren't going to have C ranked glances for honestly quite a little while this is a interesting thing to just sort of have at our inventory. Honestly I'm considering settling it just to get a big pile of money but against my better judgment on keeping my hands on it because eventually we will be using Kamui as a spear unit and it could combine nicely with this high skilled scaling
A crappy Samus level but not an unappreciated one
Ellipse actually gets a very nice one I love having speed and skill especially when I also get other things alongside them
Making her way back around kamui grabs another level grabs another level too
Honestly as we're going to find out once I bother to do the calculations he's starting to fall behind in strength speed and defense which is kind of a pain but we will have the opportunity to use some stat boosting items on him decently soon. It's a bit of a pain honestly to not be as good as he could be but having high accuracy, the dragonstone, and a good enough crit rate and Dragon Fang rate keeps him from ever feeling useless (for the time being at least )
As if he could hear me complaining about him he grabs a sneaky crit against this ninja. thanks I guess
Saizo and orochi here crumple because honestly our corrins are a bit strong compared to what you'd have at this point the game
The worm Slayer is kind of a weird thing to get here? We won't be fighting wyverns for a little while and there's no Draco Zombies or anything else like that like in binding blade or sacred stones so unless we're fighting dragon fliers it's really not going to do very much another item to consider selling. another item to consider selling
Honestly just sit down man yukimura, You're not nearly strong enough to deal with us right now. Weirdly enough he's one of the incredibly few units who just never ever joins the party on revelation, meaning that this is the only time he actually ever shows up... Making the fact that he shows up nearly immediately in an early game mission just really strange. Samus has taken enough damage to have her armor knocked off revealing her awesome girl spats and tank top... this is going to go crazy for some of y'all I know it
Kamui gets a very Kamui level up
And that's that! This level wasn't very difficult
Yukimura wishes for death. I frankly can't blame him, he's going to suffer much worse- irrelevancy

In between missions from a random drop I get the Norian blade! This is actually a very good item although sadly in the upcoming missions it won't contribute much. It's based power isn't really incredible but it's damage reduction effect is quite nice. In future parts I'll probably have Kamui using this, but for now it's not doing much
I built a forge for us to be able to upgrade some of our weapons although it's pretty expensive if you're going for the good stuff. This will pay off majorly later though
And if you'd guess this big chunk of new units who I effectually like to call "Iron Shuriken", "Iron Naginata", "Iron katana", and "Bloom festal" Bring within the expectation that we can now field a amount of units that isn't embarrassing. So we're about to have to open back up the Google sheet and if roll up some brand new girls! Seriously you people gave me a lot of females and very few males
