I am currently at an intermediate stage of language learning and am trying to incorporate more fun ways to learn Spanish. So far, I have listened to podcasts and watched some shows occasionally. However, I thought I might could also improve my Spanish by playing translated ROMS. So what are some translated games for Spanish that you would recommend? Probably anything Nintendo would be the easiest to emulate on my phone. I'm also welcome to any other suggestions you might have. Thanks!

Hello, I am also trying to improve my Spanish skills, so I'll be definitely watching this topic.
I am a native Portuguese speaker and I got used to playing everything in English, so for this reason I don't have any translation recommendations.
However, I thought of an official release in particular: Fahrenheit/Indigo Prophecy has a Spanish localisation complete with voice acting and subtitles. I found the dub okay; in my opinion the best voiceovers are in English and French.
The game itself is infamous for being nonsensical after the first act, and I never managed to finish it due to laziness, but it might be worth playing regardless, even if just as a means to practice Spanish. My best friend got all the endings at some point.
If playing on a PC, I recommend using a gamepad, especially if you have the original PC version.
Other Quantic Dream titles have also been localised to Spanish.

Another thing you can try is changing the language of a game you've already played, but this depends on how your brain works. I attempted doing so for The Sims 3 and it was too confusing...
Again, I grew accostumed to playing in English and rarely, Portuguese, so it was a big change for me.
I couldn't even find basic interactions on the menu, haha. It doesn't help that the series uses different terms (i.e. 'back rub' instead of 'massage' - IDK how it is in Spanish, but they use non-standard words no matter the language).
Your mileage may vary.

Thank you for posting.

At some point in my life I want to learn Japanese to play a couple games that aren't translated in English yet and may never be. My main one is Ryu Ga Gotoku Kenzan. I want to play that one so bad. It's the only one I can't play because I don't speak Japanese and I'm not trying to pull up a guide and like 18 thousand translated cutscenes on YouTube.
